A poker session is bought in and cashed out, not settled hand by hand at a table grid — so dealt.win tracks a sitting the way the money actually moves: every buy-in on the way in (the first stack and every rebuy), every cash-out when you rack up and leave. This page explains what to record across a cash-game session and how the app's buy-in / cash-out flow maps to it. It is about record-keeping only: dealt.win never takes a bet and publishes no odds or playing advice.
Poker's table record needs only two entry types — buy-ins in, cash-outs out — and the app keeps the running position for you while you play; one win/loss tap at color-up carries the sitting into the all-in net.

When poker is the session's game, dealt.win's log buttons relabel to this ladder — amounts sized to the buy-ins and cash-outs that actually move in a cash game. Tap the one matching the transaction; the keypad takes any custom amount. The home quick-log grid follows your latest game and your Log style: with Table flow set (History → Settings) it logs buy-ins and cash-outs straight from home, while in the default Bets style it logs win/loss taps and the game sheet's Table flow tab takes the buys and cash-outs.
Buy-ins and cash-outs form a running table position — cash-outs minus buy-ins — shown while the session is live and on the session summary, so after a rebuy you never have to reconstruct the night from chips and ticket stubs. That position is its own ledger; the headline number, the all-in net, counts win/loss entries: the gambling result − trip costs + comps. So when you color up, log the sitting's net — what you cashed out minus what you bought in for — as one Won or Lost tap on the Bets tab, and the night rolls into your all-time bottom line, in the currency you played in.
Every buy-in, including rebuys, every cash-out when you rack up, and the trip costs and comps around the session. The buys and cash-outs keep your running table position; your color-up result, logged as one win/loss entry, carries into the all-in net with costs and comps.
A rebuy is another buy-in: switch the table-flow tab to Buy-in and tap the amount. Each buy-in lowers the running position, each cash-out raises it — the same arithmetic the cage would do, kept for you.
No. dealt.win is a ledger, not a strategy source: there are no odds, hand quizzes, or playing advice anywhere in the app or on this site. It records what happened and shows you the result.
Yes. dealt.win is offline-first: every entry is stored on your device the moment you tap it, and your history syncs automatically once you are back online. No account is needed.
